Full time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health challenges, employing a range of therapeutic modalities. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to our patients, supporting them in embracing holistic approaches to wellness.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $105,000 a year plus full benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
• Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
• Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
• Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
• Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state licensure as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Must have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
• You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
