Full time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

We are in search of a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team and deliver essential mental health services to individuals and families. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients tackle their mental health challenges and achieve their personal aspirations. You will perform assessments, diagnose, and treat a range of emotional and psychological issues while promoting overall well-being. Your compassion and capacity to build trusting relationships will be vital to your success in providing effective care.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to create comprehensive care plans.
  • Respond to client crises by providing immediate support and developing safety plans.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by professional organizations and state regulations.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
  • You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Familiarity with community resources and support services.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
