Licensed Independent Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Ohio

Role Summary

In this LISW role, you will deliver therapy while overseeing clinical quality across assigned providers. Your work ensures ethical care delivery, effective treatment planning, and steady clinical performance within a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Provide clinical supervision and case guidance
• Review treatment plans and progress documentation
• Support adherence to Ohio social work standards
• Address clinical concerns and escalate when needed
• Participate in clinical review meetings

Requirements

• Active Ohio LISW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Prior experience in supervision or senior clinical roles
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Comfort working in a structured remote environment
