Armor Insurance Group, a trusted independent agency in Virginia Beach, is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent / CSR to join our in-office team full-time. This role combines client service and sales—ideal for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service existing clients (policy changes, renewals, billing, claims support)
Quote and bind new business for personal and commercial lines
Build client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory guidelines
What You Bring:
Active P&C license (Virginia)
2+ years insurance agency or related experience
Strong communication, problem-solving & organizational skills
Familiarity with agency management systems & rating platforms
