Position Sales Workplace: For salary employees, on-site, 1-2 days remote for the right agent.
Location: Naples, FL. 34109
*Pay;
We have 2 options for pay;
-Option 1; Base salary, plus monthly bonus, additional monthly sales contest and yearly bonus. This option will be in office @ Our Naples location.
-Option 2; 100% bonus, additional monthly sales contest, and yearly bonus. This option could be 100% remote or you are welcome to work anytime from the office, high bonus payout on each policy, so this will be a great option for you to create your own schedule full time or work part time at your own pace.

We are looking for 2- 20 Agents, or the right 4-40 Rep.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients to be that insurance advisor that determines what products fit their needs. We are looking for someone that can embrace innovation and change, knows how to hustle, close the sale, be ambitious, works well without supervision, positive attitude, coachable, hard worker and will do their best to ensure client satisfaction.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prospecting and generating new business via provided leads, referral sources, phone, and networking.
-Provide quotes and presentations, close sales every day any day.
-Handle incoming calls in friendly and helpful manner.
-Follow up with all leads and customers request.
-Document all interactions in our different systems.
-Attend weekly meetings and trainings for development.
-Meet new production goals as established by our company.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be 2-20 or 4-40 Licensed
-Highschool diploma or equivalent a must.
-Clean background without felony, or misdemeanor convictions involving theft, fraud, or violence.
-Excellent communication and sales skills.
-Ability to multi-task, confident and self-starter.
-Detail-oriented with proven time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time in office plus bonus. OR Full 1099 Remote if 2-20 Lic. required.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
