Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky

Role Summary

This position is built for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a remote platform. You will focus on relational dynamics, treatment planning, and consistent session delivery without administrative overload.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
• Adjust treatment strategies based on client progress
• Adhere to Kentucky LMFT regulations and ethical standards
• Participate in required clinical check-ins

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• At least 2 years of independent clinical experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with telehealth preferred
