Your expertise will help guide clients on their journey toward healing and resilience in a nurturing environment.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions that foster trust and connection.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Create and update tailored treatment plans to support clients' progress and evolving goals.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of client interactions and progress notes.
• Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide timely and empathetic crisis support to clients in distress.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical skills.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

·         Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
