Do you want to help individuals and families find solutions to their challenges and build healthier relationships? We’re looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team.

Who We Are: We are a counseling center focused on providing high-quality, personalized therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our team is committed to promoting mental wellness through evidence-based practices.

Job Details:

• Position: Full-Time
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Assess clients’ needs and design personalized treatment strategies.
• Use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Compensation: $90k - $110k per year with full benefits.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• LMFT license in Maine required.
• Experience in therapy with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for professional growth and ethical practice.
