Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
An opening is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide full-time telehealth services. The therapist will work with clients dealing with family tension, couple concerns, emotional stress, and other behavioral health needs. This role includes direct therapy, treatment planning, progress evaluation, and documentation, with a strong focus on clear communication and consistent clinical care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote counseling sessions to assigned clients
  • Conduct clinical assessments and gather relevant background information
  • Establish treatment goals and guide clients through the therapeutic process
  • Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families as appropriate
  • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review client progress and revise treatment plans when needed
  • Maintain compliance with telehealth policies, privacy rules, and licensing standards

Requirements

  • Active North Carolina LMFT license in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
