Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Darnestown, MD
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy to clients across Maryland through secure video sessions. You’ll complete assessments, guide ongoing therapy, and contribute to clinical quality through consultation and review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual telehealth sessions
• Complete intakes, diagnoses, and care plans
• Maintain documentation standards in the EMR
• Monitor risk and follow established safety protocols
• Join consults, trainings, and peer review meetings
• Support clinical oversight tasks when requested (review notes, case discussion support)7

Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or MFT
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written communication and organization
