Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Role in California – A Career That Matters

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually, plus full benefits

• Leading therapy sessions to support emotional and behavioral health.
• Conducting evaluations and designing personalized treatment strategies.
• Guiding clients through life’s challenges with evidence-based care.
• Keeping detailed, organized records of client sessions.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid LMFT license in California.
• Experience working with a range of client populations.
• Strong communication and diagnostic skills.
• A passion for helping others, whether working solo or with a team.
