Seeking a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time | Location: North Carolina (Remote) | Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our remote team. As an LMFT with us, you’ll have the opportunity to help families and individuals overcome life’s toughest moments while enjoying a flexible, fulfilling role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy services via telehealth.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
• Use a solution-focused approach to therapy.
• Document and update client progress regularly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
