Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This telehealth position supports individuals, couples, and families across Arkansas. You will provide therapy while contributing to consistent clinical approaches and documentation standards within a remote care environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy to individuals and family systems
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on client needs
• Document sessions accurately and efficiently
• Review clinical notes for quality and clarity
• Participate in case planning conversations
• Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT requirements

Requirements

• Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Ability to manage a steady caseload remotely
