Full-Time LMFT Opportunity in Alaska – Empower Others with Therapy

A full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) position is available for someone who enjoys supporting individuals, couples, and families through their healing journeys. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping people make positive, lasting changes.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals.
• Use proven methods to support client progress and positive change.
• Work alongside a compassionate team of professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• LMFT license in Alaska required.
• Experience working with a variety of clients.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
• A commitment to professional ethics and growth.
