Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote counseling services for individuals, couples, and families across Kentucky. In this role, you will help clients work through mental health challenges, improve daily functioning, and build practical coping strategies through structured telehealth care. This is a full-time position for a clinician who can manage a consistent caseload, keep documentation current, and deliver thoughtful treatment in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed
  • Support clients with crisis planning and appropriate referrals when necessary
  • Collaborate with other care providers when clinically appropriate

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing therapy through telehealth is a plus
  • Strong assessment, communication, and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
  • Knowledge of documentation, privacy, and professional practice standards
