As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide crucial support to those facing a variety of mental health challenges. In this role, you’ll conduct individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients develop coping strategies and work toward their personal goals.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address emotional and behavioral issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique background and needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to provide integrated care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
