Join Our Team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California!

We're seeking therapists who are truly passionate about delivering individual, family, and couples therapy, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. We value forward-thinking professionals who are eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

       Provide group and individual evidenced-based therapy through modalities consistently with assigned clients.

       Completes detailed and timely documentation including biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and group and individual sessions.

       Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set them up for success upon discharge from the program.

       Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care.

       Complete all required documentation promptly by company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

       Master's degree in (LMFT)

       Active license in Washington (LMFT)

       3 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience.

       Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

       Excellent oral and written communication skills
