California-Based LMFT Wanted for Full-Time Position

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and provide therapy for mental health challenges.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Host therapy sessions and adapt plans based on client progress.
• Monitor client development and maintain detailed records.
• Conduct both group and one-on-one sessions.
• Coordinate referrals to additional services when necessary.

Pay: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, including full benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in California.
• Expertise in therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
• Additional certifications in therapy practices preferred.
