Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to diverse populations, including individuals and families.
• Employ innovative therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
• Guide clients in developing coping strategies and achieving personal growth.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical and professional guidelines.
• Assist clients in navigating treatment decisions.
• Equip clients with actionable skills for improved mental health.

Annual Salary: $110,000 - $130,000, with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.
• California LMFT license.
• Expertise in counseling techniques and family systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience: 2 years preferred.
