Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer confidential and non-judgmental therapy sessions to clients struggling with mental health issues, chronic pain, and relationship challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care.
• Understand each client’s support needs and preferences, providing a personalized experience that helps them achieve their mental health goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the Washington.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
