Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Nevada | Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This position is for a licensed therapist who values steady clinical work without the pressure of in-person scheduling. Your day is focused on meeting with clients, following clear treatment plans, and documenting care so progress is easy to track. The goal is consistency, quality sessions, and reliable support for the people you serve.

Duties

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create and maintain treatment plans
• Document sessions clearly and on time
• Monitor client progress and adjust care when needed
• Connect with supervisors for case guidance

Requirements

• Active Nevada license: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy
• Comfortable managing a regular caseload
• Strong written and communication skills
