Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Location: Neffsville, PA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
A full-time telehealth position serving clients across Pennsylvania. You’ll focus on structured therapy, clear planning, and strong documentation, supported by a remote clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions by video
• Complete assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Build treatment plans with clear goals and follow-through
• Maintain accurate EMR notes and progress updates
• Attend clinical consults and case review meetings
• Help support quality initiatives (chart checks, feedback loops, team clinical support)

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience providing therapy preferred
• Comfortable working remotely in a structured schedule
