Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Washington

Position Overview

This position delivers virtual therapy services to individuals and families across Washington. You will work with a consistent caseload and focus on treatment progress without the demands of in-person scheduling.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
• Assess client needs and set measurable treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical notes
• Participate in care coordination as needed
• Uphold state and professional practice standards

Requirements

• Active Washington LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with diverse client needs
• Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth
