Position: Part-Time
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year

This position supports a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a virtual platform. The work is structured, client-centered, and designed to support ongoing progress through reliable scheduling and clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Work with individuals, couples, and families
• Complete assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adjust therapeutic strategies based on client needs
• Adhere to Kentucky LMFT practice requirements

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience working with relational dynamics
• Comfortable using telehealth systems
