Job Details:

• Position: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based methods to support client progress.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually with full benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• LMFT license required.
• Experience working with diverse clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
