We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join Our team. As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in providing professional mental health services to a variety of patients. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

       Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families),

       Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients.

       Provides consultation to other professionals, encourages compassionate care integrated with psychological perspectives of treatment

       Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements

Requirements:

       Master's degree in (LMFT)

       Active license issued by the State of California (LMFT)

       3 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience.

       Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

       Excellent oral and written communication skills
