You’ll offer therapeutic support and crisis intervention while creating a space where clients feel heard, safe, and respected. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help clients address a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to get a clear picture of each client’s needs, and create tailored treatment plans to guide their progress.
  • Show clients that addiction and mental health issues are manageable conditions, not failures, by using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and outcomes—because tracking progress is as important as making it.
  • Work closely with management and colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to ensure the best possible care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current licensure as LMFT in the California.
  • Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
  • Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
  • Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
