Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

We are hiring a Vermont-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide structured therapy services through telehealth. This role is built for clinicians who want a predictable schedule and a clear clinical focus. Your work will directly support clients managing anxiety, mood concerns, and everyday mental health challenges through consistent, scheduled care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Follow Vermont licensure, ethical, and telehealth standards

Requirements

• Active Vermont LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Strong organization and time management skills
