Marriage & Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time LMFT
Location: Washington
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + Benefits

Position Details:
We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals and families through solution-based therapy. This full-time position focuses on structured care, emotional development, and collaboration within a care team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions in a consistent weekly format
• Create individualized treatment approaches
• Address interpersonal challenges and family dynamics
• Keep clinical records updated and compliant
• Coordinate care with internal behavioral health teams

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Washington (Required)
• Master’s degree in MFT or a related behavioral health field
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic models and interventions
• Organized and efficient with time and caseload management
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
