Position Overview: In this role, you will be the guiding light for clients facing emotional struggles and relational issues. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and facilitate transformative therapy sessions. Your compassionate approach will empower clients to rediscover their strengths and foster healthier relationships.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns.
  • Perform in-depth assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances and needs.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment strategies that resonate with clients’ personal experiences.
  • Keep thorough records of therapy sessions, treatment goals, and client progress.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and foster teamwork in a collaborative setting.
