Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location: Union Gap, WA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy to Washington clients through secure video sessions. You’ll focus on clinical care, consistent documentation, and clear treatment planning within a supportive remote team.

Responsibilities

• Run intake sessions and ongoing therapy appointments
• Complete diagnoses and update treatment direction over time
• Document sessions clearly and consistently in the EMR
• Monitor safety concerns and follow escalation protocols
• Join scheduled clinical consults and peer review discussions
• Provide limited clinical leadership support as assigned (case reviews, QA feedback)

Requirements

• Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and communication
• Comfortable with remote structure and routine
