Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Full-Time in Iowa

Position Details:

• Role: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, families, and couples.
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and goals.
• Develop and adapt treatment plans to meet diverse client journeys.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, including full benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Familiarity with diverse cultural and individual backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
