Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions for families and individuals to help them navigate emotional and psychological challenges.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing mental health concerns like stress, substance use, and family dynamics.
• Conduct detailed interviews to gather social histories and provide educational resources about mental health.
• Keep thorough documentation of counseling sessions and client progress.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
