Job Information:

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Role:

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based methods to guide clients toward achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

Salary: $90k - $110k per year with full benefits.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• LMFT license in Alaska required.
• Experience with diverse clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice.
