Licensed Master Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan

Role Summary

This role is designed for a Licensed Master Social Worker who wants a clear, structured telehealth position focused on direct client care. You will work with adults navigating emotional stress, behavioral concerns, and life changes, delivering consistent therapy in a remote setting built for reliability and balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete psychosocial assessments and care planning
• Document sessions accurately and on time
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Maintain compliance with Michigan practice standards

Requirements

• Active Michigan LMSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Clinical experience in mental health settings
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
