We are seeking licensed Medicare Telesales professionals to play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve our goal of new customer growth while maintaining an exceptional customer experience and setting a new benchmark in the industry. You will be responsible for promoting our Medicare products and services to new potential customers while being supported by the Keystone Advisors team. This is a permanent full-time position with bonus and commissions!Company benefits include paid time off, generous paid holidays, quarterly company events, open fun/friendly environment/company events, on the job training, and office amenities: yoga room, pickleball courts, golf simulator, and doggie day care.Qualifications/requirements include a high school diploma, active group 1-life and health insurance licenses, maintaining CE to ensure active license status, clearing a state required background check to obtain and maintain license, strong knowledge in CRM systems and Microsoft suite products. College degree or equivalent work experience required, 3+ years' experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related industry, clearing an employer background check, and high sales conversion rates.Duties & responsibilities include answering inbound sales calls from customers interested in learning about our Medicare products and services, making outbound calls to prospective clients and leads, discussing and assisting customer needs, matching them with the most suitable plan and promotion, promoting company products on each call, handling calls professionally, meeting company regulatory and compliance standards, accurately documenting interaction details, meeting key performance indicators (sales calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection), staying educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process changes, and other duties as assigned.Knowledge, skills, abilities, & experience include self-motivated; upbeat attitude with high energy level, excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, empathy and patience, ability to multi-task, passion to succeed, with a competitive spirit.
