Full-time Job Opportunities for Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play an instrumental role in delivering effective counseling services, conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive clinical records. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

SALARY: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
• Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
• Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
•  Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
• Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in LMFT, LCSW, LPCC.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC in the state.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
