As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW), Join Our Expanding Team!

Join the fight against stigma surrounding mental illness by joining our team of dedicated professionals offering virtual support services. You will gain valuable experience while helping individuals discover their full potential through self-awareness and healing practices. What could be more fulfilling than that?

Your Role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor:

  • Provide weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions to individual adults
  • Collaborate with other psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow counselors
  • Draw on automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans
  • Receive support and consultation from the team when needed

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited program
  • Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adult population
  • Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
  • Must welcome treatingallpopulations, comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and committed to delivering culturally responsive care.
  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
