Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Remote/Full-Time in New York

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide therapy services to individuals and families across New York. This full-time role focuses on evidence-based counseling, collaboration with care teams, and supporting clients through their personal growth journey.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + full benefits

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Create personalized treatment plans with clear goals
• Partner with fellow professionals to deliver integrated care
• Keep accurate, up-to-date client documentation
• Continue professional growth through workshops and training

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active New York license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Knowledge of trauma, family systems, or substance use therapy preferred
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
