Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Fully Remote | New York

Position Overview

As an LMHC in this position, you will provide virtual counseling services to clients seeking reliable, ongoing care. This role prioritizes thoughtful clinical work, manageable scheduling, and clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with assigned clients
• Perform intake evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and records
• Coordinate referrals when additional services are needed

Requirements

• Active New York LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Independent clinical practice experience preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Strong organization and follow-through
