Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Washington

Role Summary

In this role, you will provide virtual mental health care to adults through structured therapy sessions. Your work supports emotional regulation, coping skills, and long-term treatment goals while allowing you to practice in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
• Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed
• Follow Washington State clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Washington LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
