Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, based on each client’s specific needs.
  • Work closely with a team of compassionate mental health professionals to provide well-rounded care.
  • Keep detailed records of client progress to ensure treatment plans stay relevant and effective.
  • Stay engaged with ongoing learning and evolving mental health practices to continually enhance your care.

Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LMHC (or an equivalent certification).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a broad range of mental health concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a dynamic team.
