Full-Time Mental Health Counselor – Licensed in New York

Role Summary
We are seeking licensed LMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs to join our New York counseling team. In this position, you’ll deliver therapy services to individuals and families, design client-centered care plans, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Core Duties

• Provide therapy sessions to a diverse client base
• Develop measurable treatment goals for each client
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Keep accurate and legally compliant records
• Stay current on mental health best practices

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active New York license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Knowledge of trauma, family systems, or substance use therapy preferred
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
