Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Role Summary

This position is designed for an LMHC who enjoys guiding clinical work at a systems level. You will oversee therapists delivering virtual care, ensure quality and compliance, and help shape effective treatment approaches that improve client outcomes across New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed and pre-licensed clinicians delivering telehealth care
• Conduct regular clinical reviews and supervision sessions
• Monitor adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements
• Assist with clinical workflows, documentation standards, and audits
• Provide escalation support for clinical concerns or risk situations

Requirements

• Active New York LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• At least 2 years of independent clinical practice
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
• Strong documentation and clinical review skills
