About the Role
We’re expanding our team and hiring licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide counseling services across New York. This position offers the chance to work full-time while supporting clients with tailored, evidence-based therapy.

Job Details

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package provided

Duties

• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure well-rounded support
• Document all sessions and services in compliance with standards
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active New York license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Knowledge of trauma, family systems, or substance use therapy preferred
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
