Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This role centers on providing consistent virtual counseling to clients who want steady, structured mental health support. You’ll focus on therapy delivery, progress tracking, and clear clinical follow-through without in-office demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
• Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Create and update treatment plans
• Document sessions accurately and on time
• Coordinate referrals when appropriate

Requirements

• Active New York LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Independent clinical practice experience
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHRs
• Strong time management skills
