Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time Opportunity in Washington

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Role:

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Partner with psychiatrists and medical staff to ensure seamless care.
• Provide resources and guidance to family members and caregivers.

Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full suite of benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Active LMHC license in Washington.
• Prior experience with older adult populations.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
