Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Job Summary

We are looking for an LMHC who wants to focus on therapy without the pressure of office-based work. This position offers a predictable schedule, a defined caseload, and the ability to deliver quality care through a secure virtual platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions to assigned clients
• Complete intake assessments and clinical screenings
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
• Coordinate care or referrals when needed

Requirements

• Active New York LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Independent clinical practice experience preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR systems
• Strong communication skills
