Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Alaska

Licensed Mental Health Counselor are invited to join a growing network of professionals committed to delivering exceptional care. This role involves working with stable adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. By fostering the development of essential skills, therapists help clients enhance their overall well-being.

Position Details:

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ethical, client-focused individual counseling via video sessions
• Apply evidence-based methods to guide treatment
• Design tailored treatment plans to address client-specific needs
• Foster self-awareness in clients regarding their emotions and relationships
• Track client progress and encourage the development of healthy coping strategies

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
• Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
• At least two years of clinical mental health experience
