Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Full-Time Role in Pennsylvania

Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional behavioral health services, including both individual and group therapy, comprehensive substance use evaluations, and individualized treatment plans. Job Overview: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Offer counseling services and immediate intervention for individuals facing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
• Communicate effectively with physicians to report on client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create patient-focused treatment and discharge strategies.
• Engage with the community and represent the clinic at various events and meetings.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus full benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical mental health role.
